In my opinion, the Danger Ranger was the best truck America ever built. Compact, cheap, tough as nails, reliable, and good looking.

I can certainly second that tough as nails bit. I've crunched this truck twice in the four years I've been driving it, and been in 2 "accidents".
1) Falling asleep at the wheel at 7:30 in the morning, Clipped one tree, stopped it at the base of another (huge) tree. I thankfully woke up as I went off the road and managed to get on the brake. No airbag deployment, the tree I clipped yanked my right tire off though.

2) Icy driveway, improperly plowed, relatively new driver. Slid off the edge of a corner in the driveway, hit a 14" tall frozen stump with the left front. Cracked the rim (alloy=$$), dented the fender
3) My bumper met a nissan altima's back door. he was driving down the middle of a road I was turning onto. not my fault (insurance agreed)
4) Rear-ended going ~3mph in traffic. Nothing happened to me or the truck except a slightly tweaked bumper. My hitch mount, on the other hand, punched a hole in their license plate
Runs like champ. Just passed 196k

What engine/trans do you have there?

4.0l V6, Auto. I also have 4wd, and the tow package, so the heaviest ranger trim ford ever made. If I'm really careful (and a bit lucky) I can just get to 19mpg XD

That's pretty much exactly how I would have optioned one. Nice.
